Where The Wild Things Are Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Mac Goddess: The feral cats are all gone from here. The spay/neuter program continues in abeyance due to the rabies epidemic in Eddy County. Time to remove this one.

Geocache Description:

Quick PNG. BYOP. May have some interference from powerlines. No need to disturb the landscaping, cats or cats' outdoor shelter.

Feral cats around town are working cats. They help keep places free of vermin. The cats who live here have been spayed or neutered and given rabies shots as part of the feral cat program, sponsored by a local non-profit. The cats were humanely trapped, given the medical attention, then released back to their territory.

Placed with permission of the owner, who is quite attached to her feral cats.
