Geocache Description:

This cache was one of a series we placed for the 'Introduction to Geocaching' walk that we led for the 'Mendip Hills Walking Festival' on Sunday 6th September 2009 ... and is now available to everyone

Dolebury Warren Woods lies on the north scarp of the Mendips within the Mendip Hills AONB and is owned and managed by The Woodland Trust.

This is an traditional cache placed near to 'The Magnificent Beech Tree' on the main ride through the woods.

Parking
There are a few recommended parking areas:

Dolebury Bottom parking area (Waypoint P1)
The Swan, Rowberrow (Waypoint P2)
Burrington Combe Inn/Rock of Ages car park (Waypoint P3)
