BlueSky - Silver Lake

  

This cache promotes active living and environmentally friendly geocaching. Please share your story about how you got to the cache, especially if it was using an environmentally friendly means of transportation.

This cache is hidden in a BC Park. BC Parks supports geocaching! Here is a link to the BC Parks geocaching policies, please familiarize yourself with them. Through cooperation with BC Parks, we can keep geocaching a fun and supported activity in BC's Provincial Parks.

Silver Lake is part of Silver Lake Provincial Park. Situated in the scenic Skagit Valley, Silver Lake Provincial Park is a small, largely undeveloped lakefront area. Visitors can enjoy fishing, picnicking and boating against a spectacular mountain backdrop or take pleasure in a rustic camping experience.

In this cache, you'll find some ProjectBlueSky geocoins, as well as some other pins and swag from BC Parks, BCGA and ProjectBlueSky. The geocoins are prizes for the first finders and trading is optional, but only take one. If you already have a geocoin from another BlueSky cache, please do NOT take another one. Please make sure that you trade fairly for the pins and other swag that you take. If you don't plan on leaving anything, then don't take anything!
