Geocache Description:

Dyce churchyard area. Film canister.Take your own pen or pencil.
Well worth a look at the old chapel.

In Dyce Churchyard stands the ruins of the Chapel of St Fergus. At the West Door, is it a seat or a broken font?

Inside the restored Chapel, you can see the Dyce Symbol Stones. Dyce 1, probably 500's. Dyce 2, maybe 800's. Mysterious symbols on these stones. Great views of River Don and in the churchyard are the graves of Polish and Commonwealth airmen who lost their lives in World War Two.

A tranquil spot.

The cache is not within the grounds of the churchyard. It is close to the black gate.
