ILReviewer: This cache has been missing for quite some time. Another cacher took it upon themselves to "replace" the cache with one where they thought it should be - a bad practice. If the owner wishes to replace the cache within the next few months, I'll un-archive the cache.
Will the person that placed the "replacement" please return to pick up the cache they placed?
