A nice walk with some great scenic views en route.
Ventnor Downs have the highest point on the Isle of Wight, and although this cache is slightly lower than the highest point of 787ft, there are still some great views along the route to the cache zone.
Recommended place to park is near the old Radar site. This will give you a chance to have a nice walk down to the CZ. If it's very cold, you can park closer, but why not get out and enjoy the fresh air and great views!! :)
The site itself should be accessible in all weathers and conditions,
