DIRECTIONS:
You can only hunt for this cache during daylight hours. Although We have tried to make this cache retrievable without tools, it is in a snug place, so tweezers might be useful.
You can drive to each of these spots, but this cache is designed to be a walking tour. It looks longer than it is. If you walk, you will end up walking a total of about 1.2 miles to get to the cache and back to your car and can probably finish it in about one hour. If you drive, you may want to change the order of the waypoints and be mindful of the one-way streets.

This is a statue of Pacific University's mascot: the Boxer. Although it looks somewhat like the combination of a dragon, dog and goat, it is thought to be a mythical Chinese creature from the Qing Dynasty called a qilin (pronounced chee-lin or ki-rin). Qilin are believed to be good omens, and are reported to bring wisdom and prosperity to those they watch over. Write the year in which this statue of Boxer was erected:

The checksum for all 15 digits of the coordinates is 55. Sorry, since this isn't a mystery cache there is no option for a checker. Please be mindful of muggles. The cache is a small flat container that is camouflaged. When you find the loop of the cache container, slide it to the left and pull down. You will need to bring your own writing utensil to sign the log. Once you have done so, please put it back in the same spot you found it by sliding it up and to the right.
