Parking
Car parking is available at:-

This is interesting historic spot on state highway 25 that has great views of the firth of Thames.

You will find some interesting stories here, tales of woe and adventure that didn't end well for the main characters.

A great spot to contemplate life and all the things we are thankful for.

Famous people staying here are:-

James Henry Adams 1839-1906 - was appointed first Headmaster of Thames High School in 1880.

Be careful walking up the track on this one as it's quite steep, and is slippery after rain fall. Which I discovered when placing the cache.

Work was announched in May 2011 to reinstate a new walkway to this historic location, you can read about the work HERE

You will find limited parking at the base of the track, but be careful with traffic as it's gets very busy here. We don't want you to become a permanent resident.

Enjoy your visit and be sure to read some of the stories involved with the early settlers to the Thames area.
