Originally the Otsuka station was due to be opened near (present) the Marunouchi Line Shin-Otsuka station.
However, a business was opened by the plan change in the present place, and the station name became Otsuka station according to the schedule at first, too.
However, since Sugamo-Village existed, if this place is original, a name of the station should become the Sugamo station.
It is such a strange station.
