Perhaps a light could scare away the snakes?
This is an easy drive by park and grab cache. It is located on private property but you have permission to be there by the home owner. The cache is located to further than 5 feet from the edge of the sidewalk. If searching for a cache 5 feet into someones yard makes you uncomfortable perhaps you should skip this one. However I assure you that the local inhabitants are very friendly.
The cache is in plain sight and is not under any rocks.
