Alley of astronauts
Sea Garden, Varna
Near the Pantheon is the Alley of astronauts. It was a tradition the astronauts arrived in Bulgaria to plant a pine tree there. The first such tree was planted by Yuri Gagarin on May 26, 1961. He puts the beginning of the tradition. Among the names of the tables can be read and those of the Bulgarian cosmonaut Georgi Ivanov and Alexander Alexandrov. In the alley, you will see the names of:
