Forgotton Monument?

My wife brought me here because she was so disappointed in the lack
of care for this location. It is a monument and garden area that
seems to have lost it's luster. We're actually in the process of
trying to find out who maintains this area. It's a bit
dissapointing because it's quite a lovely area and would be very
nice with a bit of TLC.

This nano cache is not terribly difficult to find considering
it's magnetic. Once you realize it's magnetic you'll only have one
real location to look.
