Geocache Description:

This is and easy P&G have fun and be sure to visit inside.

Tyrrell Historical Library was officially opened to the public on September 16th 1926. It was the main library for the city of Beaumont until 1974, when the new library was opened. It then became the historical library, with a Texana collection and genealogical collections. In 1987 restoration started and was complete on July 19 1990
The library is now undergoing a new addition which will house, on the botton level, the genealogical book collection, and the top level will be for the archives.
After finding the cache stop in a take a look at Tyrrell, she is a beauty
