It has been suggested that you not do this cache between 4PM and 6PM when the road is more heavily travelled and getting out of the parking might be more of a problem. Also, backing in does seem to be the best option.
I am changing the name on this cache as I don't know a pine from a spruce from an evergreen BUT I do know this is always green until it dies!
Simple 4 inch hanging tube about 4 feet up from ground. You probably can reach it without leaving the concrete that your vehicle is parked on. Bring your own pen. Be careful getting back out on the road.
