Food, Fun and Fellowship!
Blinky7, CockerKidd and Motrin Man have all three reached the plateau of 1000 finds in their Geocaching adventures and/or mis-adventures as is more often the case. It was decided that this was as good a reason as any to throw a party.
Please come and join us for hot dogs, hamburgers and fixins at the small shelter in Anderson Point Park. We have the shelter reserved from 2:00 until 6:00 and the burgers will come off of the grill at around 4:00.
There will be new listings posted in the area as well as along the 4.6mi greenway that follows the Neuse River. This is a great gravel hiking / biking trail that is unpaved. There are also many trails in the park that can be explored.
Everyone is welcome whether you are a new cacher or a seasoned pro. Please post your planning to attend log with the number attending so that we will know how much food to burn, uh I mean prepare. We hope to see you there!
