Two and a half years ago, when I was a fairly new cacher and this was a new pier, I hid my first hide, The New Pier. I wanted to hide it at the foot of the pier but couldn't because it was too close to a preexisiting cache. Well that preexisting cache is now archived and this new cache is going where I wanted to place the first one.
It's not in the rocks. A hanging micro that will be a stretch for shorter cachers.
Park hours are 7am to 10pm. There is a nice public restroom at: N37 50.401 W122 18.880
$20 for FTF, $10 for STF, $5 for Third to find.
