Geocache Description:

A series of cache's set on or near the beaches of Ayrshire.

Stevenston Beach has nice walks and because the local council don't really clean it up much, it is a great place for beachcombing. All sorts of weird and wonderfull things to be found. Really good for dogs and children. If the tide is out, a walk along the "pipe" is quite interesting.

Although this could be a "cache n dash", the beach is really worth a wee wander, plenty of waders and seabirds. The dunes farther north towards Saltcoats are a LNR or Local Nature Reserve. (see related webpage).

Original bottle has been muggled, have replaced and moved to a new, hopefully safer hidey-hole.

Please replace cammo as required, thanks.
