Geocache Description:

This is to replace the previous team Gekko1 cache that was muggled.

This cache is located 30 kms north of Beacon. The motto for Beacon is "Living on the Edge" hense the name of this cache. Every one that climbs the rock needs to take a stone to place upon the cairn on top. The climb is a relative easy climb taking 15 minutes.
This cache can be found easily by 2wd although you will need to drive on a gravel road.
We have hidden it well but it need to be rehidden as it is an area frequented by local campers.
Presently it is a plastic container but next time we head out there we will try to update it to a more robust sun safe cache.
Take your time climb the rock camp out under the brilliant night sky just dont hurry.
We hope you get to experience these areas and that we can encourage you to go out and see the real unspoilt Western Australia.
