Geocache Description:

This is my first cache and should be a easy one even if it is a Micro.
It's a easy stroll and there are various locations to park nearby though the most obvious parking may not be available on weekends. And although there is signage that says tenants only this is still a park open to the public.

I have raised the difficulty rating on this since so many folks are having a rough time finding it.
