We don't get over to this area much any more.
Going to archive it and leave the spot open for
someone else to place a cache.

This Cache was originally placed for the 2009 IGO Hide and Seek
Event.
Wonder Girl and I had a great time hiding these caches for you. We
took Eastern Plymouth
County, that is anything east of Highway 75, with a couple of
exceptions in LeMars.
Eastern Plymouth County is mostly high quality farm land and is not
as “scenic” as
Western Plymouth County. We did find a few interesting spots for
you to check out.
This 40-acre black soil native prairie is a remnant of what
Plymouth County was like
at the time of settlement. In the heart of the farming region of
Plymouth County, this
native tall grass prairie survived through the efforts of Erma
O’Brien. Her heirs, in order
to protect the prairie and make a lasting memorial, donated the
prairie to the Plymouth
County Conservation Board. The prairie is open to hiking, hunting
and enjoyment of
wildflowers. It is a great place for photographers and native
prairie enthusiasts.
CAUTION should be used during hunting season.
Cache should be an easy find. Bushwhacking could be tough.
