Another chance to walk the dog, stretch your legs, or just grab another cache. When we first started coming up this way this area was being used for piles of road maintenance stuff, it was pretty grungy. It might have also been used for a brake check or chain-up area for trucks going over Saliz Pass back in the day. Now it's a fairly nice place to stop. You are looking for an orange waterproof match box covered with cammo tape. It has only a log so bring your own pen or pencil. Please be sure it is well hidden after you sign the log. Snow in winter may make it a bit harder to locate. 3-17-2020 Due to illness I am no longer able to maintain this cache. This is a nice stop along this road and all help in keeping this cache going is greatly appreciated. Thanks....
