Geocache Description:

The Mad Scientist is at it again with his third potion in the series.

When the Mad Scientist gets into his laboratory, you never know what might emerge. Sometimes potion making goes awry - The Mad Scientist kept throwing things in that this potion certainly qualifies as one that got away. The end result was so radioactive, the cache is hidden within a block of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's HQ so they can keep an eye on it!

It's also close to another location that could generate some atomic activity of a different kind...so beware!

Parking available close by. Please be stealthy as there are always muggles passing by. In addition, don't remove the cache - just take the log elsewhere and return once signed. And please handle with care!
