This cache is hidden in Emar Lakes Provincial Park located 20
kms west of Little Fort, BC. BC Parks supports geocaching and
through their cooperation, we can keep geocaching a fun and
supported activity in BC's Provincial Parks.
This park is covered with forests consisting of lodgepole pine,
spruce and aspen. It also protects important habitat for moose,
black terns, loons, Barrow’s goldeneyes, ruffed grouse and great
horned owls. The park has a circular canoe route that navigates the
chain of small lakes, with short portages on wilderness trails.
Enjoy swimming, canoeing, kayaking and hiking in the summer and
cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
In these caches, you'll find some ProjectBlueSky geocoins for
the first finders. Please only take one... if you have one from
another cache, please leave them for other people. There are
also some other pins and swag from BC Parks, BCGA and Project Blue
Sky.
