Geocache Description:

TaoShan Cabin, it's located on summit of Tao Mountain (Mt. Peach) in WuLing Farm, Shei-Pa National Park, Taichung County, Taiwan.

TaoShan Cabin.

Even though WuLing Farm is a quite famous spot in Taiwan already, however TaoShan is still a "NO HOUSEKEEPER" cabin that provided hikers with a warming and safety shield in remote mountains, but some hiker who without social morality may leave their trash in the cabin therefore we plan to clean that on our way to Tao Mountain during 20th to 21th, Sep. 2009. Of course, we will not forget to bring the trash out which made by ourself.

Pay Attention
1. To apply the documents FIRST (it's a necessary procedure) from Shei-Pa National Park, the maximum eco-loading in TaoShan cabin is 19 people per day, you will get reject if exceed the quota, so please to apply ASAP before 12th, Sep. at least if you want to join this CITO event.
2. Fee of entry ticket to WuLing Farm is NT$160/adult, NT$50/vehicle.
3. This event may be canceled or change date by weather conditions or other acts of God, add into your watch list to keep update if you are interesting in it.
4. The trail to Tao Mountain is quite steep, need up 1400m in 5km, considering your physical strength before join this CITO event.
