Alexandra and Albert Traditional Cache

On a tarmac road on the way to Alexandra and Albert Roads- which lead towards the beach. It is possible to do this as a cache and dash, but this part of the road is bumpy. I would advise you park somewhere near St Luke's Church. Its best done as part of a walk around the area of course!
The Formby Land and Building Company was established in 1875 with the aim of setting up a rival resort to Southport at Ravenmeols. About 100 acres of land were purchased:two parallel tracks, Albert and Alexandra Roads, were driven to the beach and their ends joined by a double tiered promenade of brick and concrete 300 yards long. Other roads and several houses were built, but the company failed and was wound up in 1902. The remains of the promenade, mostly covered in sand can apparently still be seen.
This is a very popular area so stealth required. Please hide well after finding!
