Located on the eastern end of San Bruno Mtn. with access to views north, south, and east.
There are several caches on San Bruno Mountain, but none this far east. Though the views may not be quite as grand due to the lower elevation, you can see north, south, and east from this point and you don't need to gain as much in elevation from nearby Brisbane to get here.
There are several possible approaches to the cache. Look at Google Maps in satellite mode and they will be evident.
The cache is named (cryptically) for a very special man who spent some very significant time near this mountain.
The cache is a large, brown, plastic vitamin bottle with a white lid. Initial contents include the log book, a pen, and some trinkets. Please replace the cache carefully so the white lid is less visible to muggles.
