Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small Lock & Lock type container.

A little while ago I completed a set of six caches relating to nature. I thought I’d start another (Why do I do this to myself?!). This series will contain five caches (Meadowlark, Bobcat, Mountain Lion, Snowy Owl, and Buffalo). Like the first set, each cache is intended to remind us of animal diversity in nature. Unlike the first set, some of these animals are not native to NJ. The Meadowlark’s range includes New Jersey and so I tried to place this cache in an area favored by the eastern Meadowlark. You will walk through the bird's habitat as you make your way to the cache. I placed a waypoint in this listing to mark the habitat.

Each cache contains cards that will provide some information about the subject animal. Please feel free to take a card with you. The trade items are not themed so trade anything you wish.

The first to find prize is an engraved coin with the animal’s image on one side and the cache name on the other.
