More Penguins In FWB need I say more?? what you didn't know this one was here either??? I've been waiting for someone to put a cache here. But again, I got tired of waiting so I place one here. :)
Stealth may be required at times
This one is in downtown FWB near the Tax Collector's Office used to be and a coin-op car wash.
Magnetic hide-a-key so BYOP :)
DO NOT OPEN ANY PANELS OR BOXES - The cache is not inside anything but it's own container.
NO BLANK LOGS PLEASE!!!
