Becklin Homestead Park Wildlife Management Area covers 190 acres jointly owned between the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and Isanti County. This is the only park in the state with county and state ownership. It is also one of only three parks that hold a hunting season for disabled hunters. This park will be periodically closed during the fall and spring to allow hunting by disabled hunters.
There are 4 miles of mowed walking trails, a canoe launch, log picnic shelter, and bird observation platforms.
Natural features of the park include the wild and scenic Rum River, 150 year old white pines, and prairie restoration sites.
Cache is an ammo can.
