Geocache Description:

There is no pencil.

The location is a small, well-maintained 19th Century cemetery. A lot of the burials are from the 1860s. It's called Annis-Powell, but the stones I saw had other surnames. There is no need to disturb any grave markers or walk over any graves to reach this cache. Please be respectful. No hours are posted, but since it is a cemetery, it would be prudent to restict visits to daylight hours only so neighbors will not think you are a vandal.

As an aside, many of you may remember the great Annis Dairy homemade ice cream store in East Avon. The woman there said her family was the Annis in Annis-Powell. Wow, do I miss that place! (They moved to Tennessee and were planning to open a similar store there.)

The nest has been stolen, and the cache has been relocated slightly. The new cache is not an egg, alas. So the title is now meaningless. Coords should still be okay.

WOW -- congrats to wisewoman, who logged the ftf 26 minutes after the cache was published. I am really impressed!
