Geocache Description:

The hike UP Mt Rose is awesome. Every resident of Northern Nevada should do it if you have the hiking skills. This cache is about two miles up the five mile trail to the peak. Note the "Leave the Trail Here" waypoint below. You will not want to go cross country to this one until the last moment.

I have been eying this spot for five years as a spot for a cache. I wanted to place the cache on TOP of this formation but I relented when I saw that rock climbing would be involved. The cache is easily accessible at the BASE.
