Geocache Description:




Due to this surrounding area, here is the movement to go to the cache :

Until a few years ago, it was easy to get to the Lorenzi refuge by cable car.
Now a solution : from Rio Gere you can take the cable car to Rifugio Son Forca. From there direction north is the old cable car of 1958 which is no longer in service. ± 675 vertical meters (from alt. Rugio Son Forca to alt up the arrival of the old cable car) !
From there we took a ladder which is the start of the Ivano Dibona ferrata trail.
We cross the bridge (Cliffhanger), we climb the ladders then we trudge to go to the cache on top of Mount Cristallino d'Ampezzo (3008 m).
