Easy to get to, fun for the kids and a nice place to bird watch.
Located in the Marblehead Neck Wildlife Sanctuary (an Audubon Bird Sanctuary). This is a fun one for kids. In addition to birds, you may see a fox or two as well! Be sure to visit the pond, sit on the bench and see the ducks in the fall. A guide to coastal birds is included in this cache - leave it behind for others to look at. Other public places of interest while you are out on Marblehead Neck: 1) Castle Rock and 2) Chandler Hovey Park (The lighthouse)
