Geocache Description:

Hob Hey Pit on Hob Hey Lane (ancient packhorse route) is on the Frodsham Pond Trail, I encorage you to walk the 5 mile circular walk if you can.

This cache can be done as a one off or as part of the Frodsham Pond Trail, which is a 5 mile circular walk which should take about 2 – 3 hours. A route map is available from Frodsham Town Council at Castle Park or you can download my scanned version here (visit link)

Parking for the cache is on either Langdale Way or Townfield Lane.

Take care when approaching the cache site, as the path can get muddy and slippery when wet. This is next to a small pond; take care with small children and animals.
