Cache is located in the beautiful 300 acre Riggs County Park. Trail for this cache is on the highway 23 entrance by the big red Welcome to Ripon sign. The cache will be easy to find once you get there. Getting there by foot is preferred.
You are looking for a camo taped pill bottle. It is on the observation deck that can be seen from the gravel trail between ends of the park. This observation deck was built by Brad Hartl as an Eagle Project in 2001. He was a member of the Boy Scout Troop 735.
We saw a red tail hawk, scared up a grouse, many toads and birds while making our way to place this cache. We did not experience any mosquitoes the whole day. That doesn't mean that they aren't there.
This cache is .3 miles from Riggs Marsh View. It is around a mile round trip, but other caches along the way.
Cache would be winter friendly if you can get to it. Please BYOP.
Notification is on file with Fond du Lac County.
Congratulations MuddyBottoms with the FTF:) You people are crazy with this early morning stuff, but I find it amusing.
