Geocache Description:

Continuing with the trail around Upper Froyle.

The Village is an ideal place to explore the countryside and/or there is a pub at either end of the village (The Hen & Chicken on the A31 and The Anchor in Lower Froyle) both worth a visit.
Something else to look out for:
Sir Hubert Miller who was the last active Lord of the Manor did a lot to make Upper Froyle what it is today. He brought statues of saints from his travels in Italy every year and these can still be seen on the doorways of some of the houses in the village. As a result of this Froyle has become known as ‘The Village of Saints’. There are 19 statues in all, some easier to find than others.
You are looking for a small plastic box.
