Geocache Description:

One of a number of School Day Challenge puzzle caches each dedicated to a school subject, with a couple of associated extras and extra curricula activities thrown in for fun.

We decided to make up an entire series of puzzle caches, hoping it would prove more challenging for 1 cacher to achieve all FTF's

All caches are on footpaths arround the Bentley area. Livestock and electric fences may be encountered, usual rules apply.

The location given is not that of the cache, but within a mile of GZ.

Subjects are not stated - but can hopefully be worked out.

The purpose of ICT in education is generally to familiarise students with the use and workings of computers, and related social and ethical issues.

In the United Kingdom, Information and Communication Technology is a subject in education, and a part of the National Curriculum. All students must study Information and Communication Technology to GCSE level.

Students are taught to use software such as office suites, desktop publishers; they are also taught about ICT theory, and how ICT can be used to solve problems. Computer programming is not taught at GCSE level.

Students also study the Data Protection Act, the Computer Misuse Act, and other legal and ethical issues related to ICT.

Many schools have specialist school status in technology and, more recently, in maths and computing, and these schools champion the use of ICT to enhance teaching and learning.

The cache is 110000 inches up (depending on your base) and located at:

N 52 Halfword+(2xBit) . (2xDoubleword)-Bit-Byte
W 2 2xBit . (5xDoubleword)-Bit-Byte

Note: The IBM System/360 (mainframe) word size has been used as word size varies in modern computers
