Haunted Houston #3 Houston Public Library Traditional Cache
Rich & Lola: Sorry to say, the construction is complete in the area, but the area has changed and we not longer have a hiding place. Going to archive this one and maybe put another out in a different place.

We could not get this one on the property of the actual library, due to being to close to another cache. You will have a good view of the front of the library from the cache site
The Houston public library-The Julie Ideson Building
In this former public library which is adjacent to the new one, Mr. Cramer used to roam the premises during his days as a janitor in the early 1900s. He would spend his leisure time strolling about the halls playing melodies on his violin, and playing with his dog. In 1936, he died alone in his room, which lies in the basement. Employees report that eerie strands of violin music are heard throughout the halls, usually on dreary, cloudy days. Mr. Cramer has also been spotted in one of his favorite haunts during his mortal life–the history room.
With everyone having such bad problems with poor signal we are going to tell you exactly where the cache is until we can get a good set of coords. The cache is located on McKinney, between Louisana and Smith St. It is under the bottom of a light pole that is between two planters. The pole has a left turn only sign on it. It is also the middle light pole. Hope this helps. If anyone gets a good set of coord email them to us, we have been back twice trying to fix the problem, but both our gps bounce around also.
