Geocache Description:

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, near Welcombe Mouth

Alphabet Chain ‘M’ is for Marsland Mouth View

The Alphabet chain cache series is a series with a difference - the difference being that the First Finder of each cache will be entitled/invited/permitted to hide the next cache in the series (if they wish).

If you are the first to find this cache please indicate in your log if you are willing to hide the next in the series. (if not then the honour would pass to the second finder.)

The FTFer will, if they accept the challenge hide the next cache in the series:
*The cache name will be Alphabet Chain - (the next letter alphabetically) is for .......
*The cache will be not more then 10 miles from the last in the series.
*The cache can be of any type/size/difficulty.

Marsland Mouth is the northerly boundry between Cornwall and Devon.

Parking is in the National Trust car park at Welcombe Mouth or any point of access to the South West Coast Path if walking that.

The cache is set with the permission of the National Trust.

Please be aware that on windy days care must be taken to ensure one is not blown off the path.

When visiting the cache consider also visiting 1st Cache 'n Kernow by Gurney00 (GC1FJ6Z) on the Cornwall side of the border.

February 2010 a fence and stile have recently been erected near the cache and is convenient to sit on to write the log.
