Ice and Wind: As there has been no response to either of the maintenance requests on this cache, I'm going to move ahead and archive the listing.
If the cache owner is able to resolve the problems in the very near future (90 days) they can contact me via email and assuming the cache still meets the guidelines I should be able to unarchive it.
