You are searching for a large size rectangular container. Writing utensil is enclosed but to be safe, bring your own.
Be prepared! You will need hip waders or kayaks to get to this cache. If you choose to meet this challenge without the proper equipment, you will get wet! Depending on the time of the year, the water that needs to be traversed may be deeper than others. The rocks are extremely slippery! Be careful!
Enjoy the beautiful view on this isolated island! No one is around except for you and the birds. If you are lucky, you may see a boat pass by in the distance.
Keep your eyes open for nesting and migratory birds, Lake Erie water snakes and other wildlife.
This is a part of the Scheef East Point Nature Preserve property. Please stay on the primitive walking paths that have been laid out. This is a litter-free area. Open dawn to dusk. No bushwhacking, please!!
