After thirty years and one month we have sold our boat, and this cache is one of three traditional caches which celebrate thirty glorious years (and one month) of boating, the others in the series being Finished with Engines and Finished with Wetsuits.
We used to collect very small jigsaws for in-flight entertainment on the boat. The contents of the box (a medium sized lock-lid plastic one in a camo bag) are only half of the collection, so we will gradually feed the rest in as people do swaps.
The cache site isn’t really all that interesting, but the car parking spot is! Quite often you will see Highland cattle in the fields opposite, and we have wanted to put a cache here for a while (Hoo noo broon coo, maybe) so that people can pause and admire them. When we run out of jigsaws perhaps we’ll rename the cache!
STOP PRESS The last jigsaw has just gone in. So we really have finished with jigsaws.
