Geocache Description:


A few years ago, they had discussed putting in a whole new subdivision of homes. If I remember right, there were going to be over 100 new houses in this spot. Fast forward nearly 10 years and there's currently about a dozen homes in the Willingham neighborhood. In fact, I'd be impressed if your GPSr even has street maps of this neighborhood in the making. Needless to say, muggles shouldn't pose any problems.
