Big Gulch in Mukilteo is having some trails added and improved. This is one of the newest!
This cache is on a new trail that Mukilteo is building. It is currently still under construction, but had it's official opening today. The most challenging entrance is from N 47* 54.853' W 122* 17.915'. It can also be entered from a trailhead at N 47* 54.312' W 122* 17.806' which would lower the terrain rating to a 2.5 (that part is fully completed, and not as much of a climb).
We enjoy walking these trails with our dog on a regular basis, and we hope you enjoy it too.
The cache is an easy find just a few feet off of the trail., but the tree cover makes for poor GPS reception. No bushwacking is required to make the find, so don't cause any damage to the area.
These are the two main public entrances to Big Gulch. The Gulch has many residential areas bordering it, please do not cross thru any private property to enter the trail system.
