This is the third cache placed on the JR Kanjosen (LOOP LINE). The cache is on the platform for sotomawari (outer loop) trains.
If it were in New York City, Nishikujo would be called West 9th Street. Nishikujo is a terminal for transferring between JR Kanjosen and Hanshin Namba lines. You can change train here to go to Universal Studio Japan or down town Namba or Amagasaki, , anywhere you want!
A camouflaged cache is placed right on the platform for "Outer Loop" trains. It is visible in your sight. You should retrieve and sign quickly in stealth. When you return, please place it to the spot as found.
