This is a kiddie cache! Three is the magic number kids!
If you've attended any of the most recent Okinawa caching events, you know the type of recycling that has been going on -- cache containers, cache contents, cache designs, cache placements.
Please note the cache attributes: DAYLIGHT ONLY CACHING
This might have some sinister twists, but overall it is a cache for the kids.
Why? Not because of a nearby park (only within driving distance). Not because of the educational value (not much within range). Because it is a 1/1 with plenty of swag for the kids (had to sit on the lid to shut the thing).
