Geocache Description:

Congrats to Dragons and Princesses for getting the FTF on this one! No puzzle cache this time, just a simple hide in a place that means a lot to me. Due to the very high muggle traffic, I'm increasing the difficulty level to 3. It's recommended to search this one out after shopping hours are over. Also, I'm calling this a cache size 2 based on surface area, not volume. =)

If you live in Byron, you have undoubtedly noticed that the local supermarket recently changed names from A&P to Metro. The interior hasn't changed much, but to me, it just isn't the same anymore.
When I was just a young aparr, I got a job at the A&P as a cashier. There weren't many of us guys working the registers in those days. This was not a bad thing, because I got to work with lots of girls. =)
One lovely young lady in particular started working at A&P around the same time as me, and to make a long story short, she became Mrs. aparr. In fact, by marrying me, her intials became ANP. Talk about taking your work seriously..

So this cache is hidden as a tribute to the late Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company.
