Where to start

The best place to start is probably from East Hendred village itself. You can park on the high street, potentially near N51°35.674 W001°20.271. Then walk very briefly south and turn east into St Mary’s Road. Follow the road round as it bears right then turn left and walk underneath an archway. Keep walking straight ahead and pass Cozens Farm and continue on to the footpath. At N51°35.602 W001°20.061 there is a fork in the path where the circular walk starts.

Alternatively you could start from Rowstock near #4 on the walk. There is parking for a couple of cars here at N51°35.978 W001°18.880 although this is just off a busy road.
