Geocache Description:

This park is called Hatherop Park. The park is enjoyed by locals and visitors all year round. Hatherop Park has a range of facilities available for the whole community. These include a big playground with lots of different equipment, a fit point, a ball-court and winter sports pitches. The park has a sizeable wildlife area with views over the Reservoir in Kempton Park.

There is a pleasant walk around the site and people can follow the path through the Oak Avenue Nature Reserve (where cache number 2 will be in the Hampton Parks series).

Now on to the cache: My wife and I call this the ‘Love Box’ and it’s nestled in the Hawthorn’s loving arms! It’s a 0.5 litre plastic clip box. The love’s box original contents are:

- heart shaped calculator
- heart shaped memos
- heart stickers
- 2 kiddie’s heart shaped bracelets
- heart shaped eraser
- lip shaped eraser
- love letters eraser

The container is also equipped with a log book and a pencil.

We would like to keep this box a symbol of love! If you find it and intend to swap please only put things in it which symbolise love. Whether you fancy putting a love poem in the box, some cute kiddies stuff which symbolises love, heart shaped stuff or even just things which has hearts, lips etc… drawn on it. These are just suggestions. We will leave it all up to your imagination!
