If you are into the Radio Controlled (RF) play toys that don't fly, you will find a flat, round track at this location to use. I have walked by this area many times and never realized it was here.
Or, if you don't play with the RF cars, bring the kids and their riding toys and they can ride in a circle until they are dizzy! Round and Round.
I wonder if the City uses it for any purpose or event? If you know the answer, log it in your entry.
